As a Mental Performance Practitioner she works privately with founders, athletes, performers, and clinicians whose nervous systems have outpaced their language for what's happening.
She was named 2024 Holistic Therapist of the Year (IAOTP) and has been engaged by Univision, PTTOW, Alt Summit, Mastercard, the California State University system, SoCalMoms, and Onsite Wellness. Earlier in her career she worked with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation team on their annual "A Culinary Evening with the California Winemasters" at Warner Bros. Studios, and founded Feed the Cause, which participated in the Downtown Los Angeles Bacon Festival benefiting Children's Hospital Los Angeles through a community raffle with sponsors like Equinox, regional gas brands, and local retailers. She lives in Pasadena and runs the practice from her studio at 936 E Green Street.
