1. Refund window, digital programs
For digital products with immediate-access content, including the NeuroSomatic Audio Library ($97 lifetime) and other self-paced digital downloads, we offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase, provided you have not yet accessed more than 25% of the program content.
Once you have logged in to the program portal, opened a module, downloaded an audio, or attended a live cohort session, the program is considered "accessed" and is no longer eligible for refund. This protects the integrity of digital content that cannot be returned in the way a physical good can.
If you have not accessed the content and the purchase was made within the past 14 days, you are entitled to a full refund, no questions asked.
2. Payment plans
Payment plans (e.g. All Parts at the Table Workshop 3 × $497) are billed automatically on the stated schedule. Refund eligibility on payment-plan installments follows the same rules as the underlying program in the sections below. To stop a future installment, email elevatemindsetmastery@gmail.com before the next charge date.
3. 1:1 sessions
1:1 sessions ($495 / 60 min, $595 / 75 min, $695 / 90 min) may be rescheduled at no charge with at least 72 hours' notice. Cancellations or reschedules made inside the 72-hour window incur a $75 fee. No-shows forfeit the session and are not refundable.
Pre-paid sessions that have not yet been booked or attended may be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
4. Application-only and live-cohort programs
Application-only programs, including CEMMP, the Dual Cert · Clinical Hypnotherapy + Breakthrough Breathwork®: The NeuroSomatic Approach (with Mental Performance specialization and All Parts at the Table orientation built in), Elevated Sound, and Mental Performance Private 1:1, collect payment only after acceptance and an onboarding call. Once the cohort begins, these programs are considered live container work and are non-refundable; if you need to step out, a single carry-forward to the next cohort is available at no extra cost. Specific terms are disclosed at the onboarding call before payment.
5. Elevated Sound: Soundbath Haven Facilitator Training
Elevated Sound is full-pay at enrollment ($3,497, with Klarna and Afterpay available at checkout). The bowl-set portion of your tuition is non-refundable, it secures one of four cohort spots and triggers procurement of your custom 432Hz 7-bowl Crystal Quartz set, reserved specifically for you.
If you cancel, the bowl-set portion is non-refundable, but you may carry your enrollment forward to any future Elevated Sound cohort within one year of your original purchase date at no extra charge. Your reserved bowl set travels with you to the new dates.
6. Physical goods (Soundbath Haven instruments)
Standalone physical instruments, frequency-tested crystal singing bowls and accompanying tools purchased outside of Elevated Sound, may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Buyer pays return shipping. Sound bowls that have been used for facilitation, dropped, or chipped are not eligible for refund. Damage in transit is replaced free of charge, please email photos to elevatemindsetmastery@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. (For Elevated Sound bowl sets, see Section 5.)
7. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email elevatemindsetmastery@gmail.com with your order number (from your purchase confirmation) and a brief reason. We process eligible refunds back to your original payment method via Stripe.
Approved refunds typically appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
8. Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first, most disputes are resolved within 24-48 hours. Initiating a chargeback before contacting us delays resolution and may result in suspension of your account access during the dispute period.
