I've done parts work before.+
You've done parts work at one layer. This works all six. The reason your last cycle of work isn't fully holding is almost always that one of the other windows wasn't reached.

That's exactly why we cap at 12. Every person gets at least one renegotiation worked on the table. The group container is what makes the developmental witness possible, most of the parts you'll meet formed inside a group context (family, peer, school) and need a group context to repair.
What if I'm too dysregulated?+
The Friday opening is regulation-first. You will not be asked to do anything your nervous system isn't ready for. Noura's facilitation is paced for the slowest system in the room.
Is this trauma therapy?+
No. This is parts work and somatic integration. Noura is a certified facilitator, not a licensed therapist. Scope of practice is explicit on every page and inside the workshop. If you're in active crisis, this isn't the right container, book a 1:1 instead so we can discuss fit.

Yes.
