After the arc, what the nervous system needs next.

Six sessions reorganize the floor. The next ninety days decide whether the floor holds. Here's what we tell graduates to do.

The fear is reasonable. It is also the old signal trying to keep doing its job. The system that ran chronic activation for years does not believe, on the first quiet week, that the quiet is real. What you do in the next ninety days teaches it that this floor is the new floor.

Maintenance is not effort. It's repetition of the cue.

Graduates who hold the shift don't add a heroic practice. They keep one daily cue, a single moment in the day where the body is reminded, in the same way, that this state is available. Three minutes. Same time. Same posture. Same breath. The repetition is the medicine.

The work didn't end. The work got smaller and got daily.

What we tell every graduate.

One daily cue. One weekly check-in with the part that used to run the scan. One monthly nervous-system session for the first quarter, then quarterly. If a marker returns, the 2:47 wake, the day-loop, the post-meeting collapse, that is information, not failure. It means a layer is asking to be met again. Come back.
